Farming Process
Paddy straw and growing substrate are cleaned, treated, and packed into bags — the base every mushroom grows from.
Quality oyster mushroom spawn is layered into the substrate under clean conditions to avoid contamination.
Bags rest in a dark, temperature-controlled room while the mycelium spreads fully through the substrate.
Bags move into our hi-tech growing rooms where humidity, temperature, and light are closely controlled to trigger healthy fruiting.
Mushrooms are hand-picked at peak freshness across our 1,500-bag setup, in flushes over several weeks.
Freshly harvested mushrooms are packed the same day and sent out — no long cold storage, no chemical preservation.
